also, a general announcement of sorts:
will any of you be at Anime Boston?
because I will! I didn’t get a table (jeez, they sold quick this year!) but I’ll still be there, wandering around, so if you see me feel free to say hi! I would say that I’ll be easy to spot since my hair is currently purple, but.. it’s an anime convention. so probably not. so here’s a recent picture of my dumb face (making an even dumber face but whatever):
I will be cosplaying for some of the weekend so I might be tougher to spot, but if you see me wandering around in civvies, I might be carrying some stickers or something to give out (depending largely on if I can find a place to print locally that isn’t outrageously priced. sooo.. we’ll see).
either way, feel free to come talk to me. I’ll probably be drunk and loud and wandering around with other people who are drunk and loud but I swear we don’t bite! this is probably going to be my last east coast con for a while, so I’ll be banging a few gongs before the lights go out, so to speak. haha.

for anyone who is looking to acquire some of my original artwork, I’ve just reopened my Etsy shop and listed some charcoal/inkwash stuff from a few years ago, back when I had the time and space for messy media and larger scale work, which I miss doing. :(
most of them are pretty big and taking up too much space for me to keep them, as much as I love them. I only have so many walls.
the product photos aren’t fantastic, but I can’t find my camera to take new ones at the moment, so I’m afraid they’ll have to do for now. boo.
UPDATE: just dropped the prices on a few things because I’m in a bit of a financially tight spot and need to get stuff moving. they won’t be staying this low for long so if you were thinking about grabbing something, now is probably a good time to do it!

trying to pay off student debt isn’t making it easy to save up for a serious relocation next year, which means it’s time for COMMISSIONS!

only offering portraits at the moment. might open up other kinds of commissions in the future depending on how this goes.
limited basis so that I can get them done in a reasonable time frame, first come first serve.
PayPal only. will send an invoice as soon as I get your message and start working when payment clears.

11Abaddon shirt came in! print is a little more muted as far as color contrast than I expected, but then again, my laptop display is SUPER vivid and my webcam is crap. so maybe not a big deal.

reading about Nell’s fantastic experience at jibcon this weekend made me realize I still haven’t drawn Benny jeez what’s wrong with me
just a rough value study because it’s all I really have time for today but putting a serious portrait on my to-do list
